• Act as a representative to programs and medical schools

• Develop expertise in small group facilitation 

• Facilitate live sessions for program desiring to implement content 

• Help to train small group facilitators

Content Development & Review

• People can also volunteer ad hoc based topic areas of interest

• Supervise content review of curriculum materials

• Ensure incorporation of learning principles 

• Work with advisory team to ensure pedagogical soundness 

Advocacy
(co-lead or team member)

• Partner with governing agencies; keep track of alignment (AAMC, ACGME, etc.) 

• Develop white paper report on the formation of the group

• Pursue funding and sustainability opportunities (e.g. Macy Foundation)

• Creating a road map for advocacy

• Amplify existing resources and efforts
